We truly enjoyed this place - beautiful small hotel.

Booked a room with exceptionally good views of the sea. Got a satisfactory breakfast good but could have included a few more local options. The service provided there was friendly. We were met by polite, amicable personnel.

Location not far from centre of old town and the historic center. For shots visit El Santisimo, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered tasty dishes. The ample bathroom was the best.

The rooms here are huge and soundproof with balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from a lively square with tons of restaurant options and all of the historic attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing fantastic service with room service and tour assistance. The room itself was top-notch, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The shared spaces were also lovely, with a beautiful garden area and outdoor swimming pool that provided a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel in this area.

I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. There were cable television and WiFi in my room. The location was great and stunning for walking around Las Bovedas.

The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay in the Old Town. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, with many suggestions and a good level of English. The location was fantastic, very close to everything in the Old Town and conveniently located on a busy square with plenty of restaurant options. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a balcony, were a nice touch for a more enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good, although a few more local options would have been a nice addition.

Location: the hotel was close to all the restaurants, great shopping places and wonderful restaurants, and Ciudad Amurallada on a quiet block. The room was reasonably spacious and bright with balcony when I arrived.

The relaxed atmosphere, along with the warm and attentive staff, created a welcoming environment. The junior suite exceeded my expectations with its astonishing beauty and the room was soundproof, ensuring a quiet and romantic stay. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, leaving me with no complaints about this amazing establishment. Its ideal location, within walking distance of the walled city, added to its convenience. my experience at Kartaxa was simply perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The colonial-style building created a charming and unique atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. They even accommodated our request for two single beds in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cartagena.
